  1. Open System Settings.app
  2. Search for “system voice” under Accessibility → Spoken Content
  3. Click the info icon on the right of system voice
  4. Click the Voice dropdown button
  5. Pick a (Enhanced) or (Premium) voice you like and download it
  6. Select the voice and confirm
